I always knew that I live in a pretty great area. Last weekend we got to see just how amazing this community really is. Our neighbors and friends organized and/or attended an evening designated to collecting funds to help us out in these trying time.
We didn't know how we would feel, if it would be overwhelming and uncomfortable. But it was nice it felt like a regular gathering and the generosity was overflowing. It was amazing to see so many people attend.
It will sure make a big difference.
