Right away I knew I wanted to do a heart petal flower. I inked the large polka-dot heart from the C1441 Affection stamp set in Tulip ink (Z2166) rock-n-rolled in Black ink (Z2105). I cut out four hearts, a stem, and a small heart.
At this point I still really didn't know how I wanted me card to look excepted for the big flower so I turned to one of my "bibles" Wishes (9033) and selected the Bulls eye pattern on page 33.
My sentiment is stamped using a discontinued alphabet stamp set that I got on the Plenty for Twenty promotion. So VOILA!!!! My card!
My base card is in Black cardstock (1386) and I used Tulip cardstock (X5753) and the Sweetheart Level 2 (X7134B) for the B&T paper.
